CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

PROMER Consultancy Engineering Inc.® takes part as a construction supervisor and technical consultant during the construction and installation of the facility. With the construction supervision team established at site, it is provided that the construction and installation is realized in accordance with the designwith determined quality level and schedule. PROMER Consultancy Engineering Inc.® provides the commissioning services of the facilities where the engineering services are performed, as well as the commissioning services of the facilities that it does not undertake engineering services. In this context; PROMER Consultancy Engineering Inc.® prepares commissioning procedures, manages commissioning processes and prepares training documents for operational management. PROMER Consultancy Engineering Inc.®, which is involved in the commissioning processes with both domestic and foreign experts, prepares the facility for operation and finishes the installation of the facility consisting of design, procurement, construction and installation phases.

LASER SCANNING & REVERSE ENGINEERING

PROMER Consultancy Engineering Inc.® creates cloud data by scanning existing plants and structures which don’t have any design data with laser scanning devices. The obtained cloud data is used in the preparation of the 3-D model of the existing plant and structure. With the created 3-dimensional intelligent BIM (Building Information Modelling) model, all design data of the existing plant and structure up to P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram) are prepared.
